It is the primary weather-governing phenomenon in large parts of Asia. It is prevalent in both summer and winter seasons, however, the summer monsoon has the most impact on human lives,&nbsp;global weather, and water budget. The summer monsoon in Asia has different branches, such as the South Asian Monsoon, East Asian Monsoon, and Western North Pacific Monsoon.
